Moveero Replaces MPLS, Simplifies Networking and Security with Cato SASE Cloud

Moveero, a global manufacturer of off-highway wheels and wheel systems, needed to simplify a complex, costly WAN environment after separating from its former parent company. With MPLS, multiple suppliers, on-site firewalls, network optimizers, VPNs, and web filtering services spread across seven global locations, its small IT team was spending too much time managing infrastructure and troubleshooting inconsistent service levels. Moveero turned to Cato Networks and its Cato SASE Cloud to replace the legacy setup with a more unified approach.

Cato Networks implemented a cloud-native SASE and SD-WAN solution that connected Moveero’s sites through Cato Socket appliances and Cato’s global backbone, consolidating WAN and Internet traffic with built-in security and WAN optimization. Moveero ran MPLS in parallel for a few months before moving fully to Cato, removing all the old equipment. The result was simpler operations, almost no maintenance over three years, improved performance and reliability, lower power usage, and freed-up IT resources—enough for Moveero to reduce headcount and focus more on strategic work.
