Inspiro Boosts VoIP Reliability and Cloud Application Access with Cato SASE Cloud

Inspiro, a global customer experience outsourcing firm, needed a more reliable way to support its call centers as voice quality and cloud application access suffered on local ISPs and the public Internet. Poor VoIP performance, slow access to customer service applications, and latency were hurting agent productivity, SLA compliance, and revenues. To address these issues, Inspiro turned to Cato Networks and the Cato SASE Cloud.

Cato Networks implemented its SASE Cloud platform with SD-WAN and secure, optimized application access across Inspiro’s sites. The results were strong: MOS improved to 4–5, data transfer rates increased by 30x, and Inspiro reported no complaints about voice quality after deployment. Cato Networks also helped Inspiro cut telecommunications costs by 20–30% and avoid SLA fines, while improving network monitoring and supporting future security modernization.
