Help at Home Centralizes and Boosts Security, Eliminates Network Outages with Cato SASE Cloud

Help at Home, the largest U.S. provider of personal home care services, needed a simpler, more reliable, and more secure network to support 150 branch offices across 12 states. Before working with Cato Networks, the company was managing more than 40 telecom carriers and legacy on-premises systems, which created billing complexity, IT overhead, and frequent outages that affected phone and internet service.

Cato Networks implemented Cato SASE Cloud to centralize networking and security across Help at Home’s branches and cloud links, with support from Windstream Enterprise. The rollout upgraded all 150 offices in less than six months and replaced fragmented legacy tools with integrated security and SD-WAN capabilities, improving reliability, simplifying management, and eliminating outages.
