BrandLoyalty, a Netherlands-based provider of loyalty and incentive programs for retailers worldwide, was struggling with a complex global MPLS network that was costly, hard to manage, and poorly suited for a full migration to Microsoft Azure. The company also faced limited network visibility, integration challenges, and inconsistent user experience across its offices and remote users.
BrandLoyalty selected Cato Networks’ cloud-native SASE platform to replace its legacy WAN setup with a simpler, centrally managed SD-WAN and security service. Cato Networks enabled a fast rollout—officially four months, but closer to two-and-a-half—with strong performance for Zoom and Microsoft Teams, better visibility and control, and secure access for office and home users; the team also reported discovering previously hidden network activity, showing immediate operational improvements.
