Sodexo, the on-site corporate catering division serving a Fortune 500 aerospace company, struggled to reach employees across an 8-mile campus where four cafés couldn’t serve staff in remote buildings or those with short lunch breaks. To address this, Sodexo partnered with miExperience (CaterTrax) and adopted the miExperience Take-Out Module to provide convenient, location-based take-out ordering and delivery.

miExperience (CaterTrax) implemented the Take-Out Module at three campus drop-off zones with refrigerated coolers and a dedicated team to manage orders, producing cold sandwiches, salads and soups for delivery (cutoff 9:30pm). By keeping menu prices aligned with cafés and adding convenience, Sodexo captured sales from previously unreachable customers, increased customer satisfaction and strengthened its brand — with only 2–3 main-café pickups weekly and growing take-out volumes handled through the miExperience solution.
