Partner und Partner - Customer Case Study

The architectural firm Partner und Partner faced significant challenges in their ambitious Woodscraper project, a 12-story wooden high-rise in Wolfsburg. Navigating uncharted regulatory territory for large-scale timber construction and dealing with tools that did not fully support the manufacturing process, their project was further complicated when their MEP engineering contractor went bankrupt mid-project. They turned to vendor Catenda to help manage this complexity and ensure project continuity.

Partner und Partner implemented Catenda Hub, a Common Data Environment (CDE), to centralize all project information. This solution provided real-time data access for all stakeholders and proved critical when the team had to urgently onboard a new MEP contractor after the bankruptcy. By having everything structured in Catenda Hub, the transition was seamless, saving the team hours each week previously spent on manual file exchanges and communication inefficiencies, thereby maintaining the project's timeline and budget.
