KSP used Catenda Hub and transparent communication to drive major project success

The architecture firm KSP Engel faced the challenge of coordinating the complex, end-to-end BIM planning for a new 51-floor high-rise in Frankfurt. With around 100 models from various disciplines, they needed a common data environment to facilitate transparent communication and collaboration among all project partners, from the owner to the specialized planners.

KSP Engel implemented Catenda's platform, Catenda Hub, as their common data environment. The solution allowed all stakeholders to view and comment on IFC models directly in a web browser without needing specialized software. This created a single source of truth, streamlined the resolution of over 1,200 issues using the BCF format, and eliminated the need to download and assemble massive models. Catenda enabled efficient, transparent collaboration, allowing the firm to meet deadlines and confidently plan for the project's successful and economical realization.
