iGlobaLogik – The democratization of BIM and openBIM

iGlobaLogik, a BIM engineering company in France's Nouvelle Aquitaine region, sought to introduce and democratize BIM and openBIM methodologies for local public and private clients. The challenge involved moving project stakeholders away from siloed, plan-based workflows and towards a more integrated, collaborative digital process, which required a central platform. They implemented Catenda Hub from vendor Catenda as their common data environment.

The solution, Catenda Hub, provided a collaborative platform with an integrated IFC viewer to centralize all project exchanges, models, and documents. This allowed iGlobaLogik and its collaborators to streamline communication, validate decisions, resolve model interferences, and facilitate remote work. The results included an accelerated decision-making process for clients and a more efficient workflow, ensuring all stakeholders worked from the latest project information. The partnership with Catenda became central to iGlobaLogik's operations and its mission to spread BIM values.
