Flashtalking is an independent ad‑serving, measurement, and technology company that delivers billions of impressions for major media groups. To meet strict SLA obligations and give clients global visibility, it needed to guarantee ad placement and delivery across a complex, active‑active environment of multiple sites, vendors, CDNs, databases and ISPs without blind spots from internal‑only monitoring.

Flashtalking partnered with Catchpoint to run external tests across 20 ISPs and 30+ global locations using Catchpoint’s 600+ node footprint, round‑robin sampling and custom Selenium scripts to trace transactions end‑to‑end. This enabled faster root‑cause analysis and reduced MTTD/MTTR, immediate detection and failover for CDN issues to preserve SLAs and user experience, and historical benchmarking to support CDN/DNS management and cloud migration.
