The senior care services provider, a large not-for-profit organization, faced challenges with a clunky IoT dashboard used for remote patient monitoring. Its legacy architecture and poor user experience restricted the platform's scalability and hindered the staff's ability to act on patient data efficiently. To address this, the provider partnered with Catalyte to rearchitect and redesign the application.

Catalyte rearchitected the platform into a three-tiered micro-service architecture and redesigned the UI/UX using an agile, user-centric process. This 12-week project resulted in a more efficient application, reducing the time for staff to access data and improving patient care quality. Catalyte's solution also provided increased flexibility, lower scaling costs, and trained the client's developers in agile methodologies for future improvements.
