A Catalyte Case Study

Preview of the Koch Industries Case Study

Catalyte powered a pipeline of tech talent for multiple Koch companies

Koch Industries, one of the largest privately held companies in the US, sought to remove employment barriers and find new ways to discover and hire project-ready tech talent, particularly in markets like its Wichita, Kansas headquarters. To address this challenge, they partnered with Catalyte to build a local pipeline of technology talent.

Using its AI-based screening and apprenticeship program, Catalyte developed individuals from diverse backgrounds into day-one-ready software developers. This solution provided Koch with a new, productive, and diverse talent pipeline, which it has since expanded across multiple companies and locations. The results were overwhelming, with the first apprentice class filling within hours, leading to seven cohorts launched to date and improved employee satisfaction and retention.
