USA Swimming, the national governing body for competitive swimming, faced the challenge of connecting with its community and enhancing its digital services through a mobile app. Their outdated, 20+ year old platform could not scale to meet the needs of its growing membership or handle the complexity of its data. They partnered with the vendor Catalyte to design and build a modern technological solution.

Catalyte delivered a new membership and times management platform, along with a mobile application called Deckpass. This solution allowed USA Swimming to better engage its 350,000+ members and manage the collection of 125 million times and results for global dissemination. Over their 18-year partnership, Catalyte has kept USA Swimming at the forefront of technology, enabling automation for major broadcasters and event qualifications, and establishing an international standard used by other swimming governing bodies.
