ClinFlows is the sponsor of INTRAGO II, a multicenter randomized Phase III trial investigating intraoperative radiotherapy for newly diagnosed glioblastoma multiforme (300+ planned participants) with sites in Australia, Canada, Germany, Peru, Spain and the USA. Faced with the need for a single electronic data capture system that could be used worldwide and reviewed internally by clinical staff, ClinFlows selected Castor EDC for its usability and built-in features.

Castor EDC was configured to support stratified randomization (four strata, two arms), two‑factor authentication, built‑in monitoring and notifications, and advanced calculation fields; a Reporting Castor workflow plus an imaging portal enabled image upload, de‑identification QC and transfer to a viewer for assessment. By centralizing data capture and allowing monitors to review activity and raise queries remotely, Castor EDC helped ClinFlows run a complex, global trial at a fraction of the cost of traditional solutions and streamlined imaging review and oversight across participating sites.
