Piedmont Healthcare Increases Employee Engagement and Promotes Healthy Behaviors With Castlight Complete

Piedmont Healthcare, a Georgia health system serving 23,000 employees across 800 locations, wanted to boost employee engagement and encourage preventive care while simplifying the benefits experience. Using Castlight Health’s Castlight Complete platform, Piedmont aimed to help employees register, complete a health risk assessment, and schedule primary care visits, especially as COVID-19 added new wellbeing challenges.

Castlight Health implemented a milestone-based incentive strategy within Castlight Complete, helping Piedmont guide employees to the right programs and care. The results were strong: 86% of employees registered, with a 72% 90-day return rate; 71% of registered members completed their health risk assessment; and 92% had a preventive care visit, showing measurable gains in engagement and healthy behaviors.
