Hardin Memorial Health sees engagement and recognition of program excellence

Hardin Memorial Health (HMH), a network of care facilities dedicated to personal, high‑tech patient care, partnered with Castlight to extend that same experience to employees through Castlight Wellbeing Navigator. HMH's goals were to give staff a single place for wellbeing, healthcare and benefits information, boost engagement with health and benefits resources, and reach a widely dispersed, diverse workforce.

HMH implemented Castlight’s wellbeing platform using personalized features (including the Castlight Health Assessment and mobile daily activities/points), a multi‑modal communications strategy via the Castlight Communication Suite, and proven engagement fundamentals. The program achieved strong outcomes: 89% employee registration, 64% of registered members engaging monthly, 92% of members steered to and using Hardin Labs for targeted services, and recognition with a Gold award from the Worksite Wellness Council of Louisville.
