Activision Blizzard Increases Participation in Mental Health Program with Castlight

Activision Blizzard, a leading interactive entertainment company and two‑time Fortune 100 Best Companies to Work For, faced the challenge of supporting employee mental resiliency amid high‑pressure game development schedules. The company launched a confidential, research‑based mental health program to increase awareness and provide practical tools for thinking, emotion, feeling, and self‑regulation.

By integrating Jiff (now Castlight) Enterprise Navigator with MyBrainSolutions and using an incentives model that rewarded recurring “micro‑behaviors” (points redeemable to HSA dollars), Activision Blizzard made brain‑training easy and rewarding. In the first five months 77% of registered users completed the Total Brain Health Assessment (1.4× the peer average), 457 assessments were completed out of 571 registrants, 8,761 games were played (15 per user average), monthly engagement hit 25%, brain health scores improved, and 85% rated the program good–excellent (60% would recommend).
