The project confirmed that more than 50% of the content was overdue for disposition, identified sensitive records, and enabled compliant migration of the remaining data with full content, metadata, audit trail, and security context; this reduced migration scope, avoided data spill, and allowed the unsupported legacy system to be decommissioned.
