Ignite Cannabis Co. partnered with Castifi to manage a nationwide search for 10 brand ambassadors, offering a highly attractive package that was expected to generate a large volume of applications. Because the process would run over six months and required tools for collecting applications, scheduling interviews, and making final hires, Ignite needed a flexible platform built for ongoing recruiting at scale.

Castifi designed a public-facing application form and a pre-boarding gallery to streamline submissions and candidate management, then added custom code so Ignite could segment applicants into multiple roles beyond brand ambassadors. The result was more than 2,700 applicants, improved scheduling and hiring workflows, and a talent database that Ignite continues to use for availability requests, freelancer tracking, and staffing its own agency.
