CBS Studios used Castifi to support the production of *SEAL Team*, a highly ambitious TV episodic with a new international location each episode, requiring large crowds of specific ethnicities, skilled extras with military or medical experience, and frequent last-minute schedule changes. Castifi responded with an on-set Casting Director, targeted digital advertising to recruit specific backgrounds at scale, partnerships such as Veterans in Media & Entertainment to source combat-experienced performers, and custom application questions to quickly identify niche skills and vehicle ownership. With Castifi’s support, the team hired 2,000+ performers, helped the show maintain production efficiency despite rainy weather disruptions, and contributed to *SEAL Team* Season 2 earning an 8.8/10 IMDb rating.
