Neptunus, an engineering services provider for Energy, Marine, Industrial, Oil & Gas and Defense, acquired a heavily modified legacy application with no QA or documentation. The 500,000-line codebase (C++, C#, MS SQL) needed full analysis, dependency mapping and debugging, and manual reverse-engineering would have been error-prone and taken months.

After a brief RFP, Neptunus deployed CAST Imaging to AWS; within five weeks the team understood the application architecture, calls and expired dependencies, and after another five weeks they fully documented the system.
