GRDF thoroughly assesses its application portfolio with CAST Highlight

Gaz Réseau Distribution France (GRDF) is the national gas distributor serving over 10 million customers across a 195,000 km network, supported by a technology ecosystem of about 160 applications and 300 IT staff managing 100+ projects. GRDF needed objective, actionable indicators on application risk, complexity and business value to improve communication with the business, align project management, support selective Agile delivery, and prioritize investments across critical systems.
