Global Beverage Company needed to modernize a complex portfolio of 389 applications across 29 technologies and more than 241 million lines of code, while reducing technical debt and costs. Working with CAST and its CAST Highlight product, Microsoft Azure teams set out to create a migration and modernization plan that could support the company’s move to Azure and improve business agility.

CAST Highlight helped build a roadmap for the full application estate, identifying cloud-native service options, blockers, effort estimates, open-source risks, and security gaps. The plan was completed in just four weeks instead of months, giving Microsoft a clear path to Azure, AI opportunities, and stronger security recommendations, while accelerating digital transformation and delivering higher business value.
