Cerved, a market leader for credit risk analysis and independent credit management in Italy, faced challenges with the speed and accuracy of its technical due diligence process for mergers and acquisitions. Their initial manual framework was inadequate for gathering the deep intelligence on software assets needed to determine purchase prices and integration costs.
