Cass Information Systems implemented mobility expense management, an employee ordering portal, a Mobility Help Desk, and related provisioning and inventory services. As a result, mobility use increased by more than 48%, per-device costs dropped by 41%, inventory accuracy rose above 97%, and 96.2% of help desk issues were resolved on the first call.
