Statewide Kentucky Program uses Caspio to Streamline Academic Data Management

AdvanceKentucky, an initiative of the Kentucky Science and Technology Corporation that helps expand Advanced Placement opportunities across 79 high schools, faced mounting difficulty managing tens of thousands of AP student records. Excel, Access, SharePoint and other tools lacked secure remote access, scalable role-based controls and easy multi-user editing, while a custom-built application was cost-prohibitive (estimated $50,000).

By adopting Caspio, AdvanceKentucky launched a custom web-based Data Reporting System that provides 500+ teachers, administrators and staff with secure 24/7 access, real-time updates, role-based permissions and on-demand reporting. The low-code solution was implemented quickly and affordably, cutting manual data work, reducing errors and allowing staff to focus more on supporting student outcomes.
