Integrated Marketing Bureau (IMB), a London-based consulting firm that helps clients generate and nurture sales leads through a social selling blueprint, needed a secure, scalable online database to organize and large volumes of client data. Off-the-shelf systems proved inflexible, complex and costly to maintain, and founder Rupert Honywood—who isn’t a developer—required an easy, customizable solution he could build himself.
IMB adopted Caspio’s low-code, point-and-click platform to create a Lead Management and Sales Optimization System (LMSOS) and a Sales Optimization System (SOS), leveraging cloud-hosted Microsoft SQL security and seamless integrations. The result: rapid app deployment without external developers, lower costs, stronger lead targeting and follow-up capabilities that improved conversion potential, and a pipeline of additional applications in development.
