Houston Community College needed a fast, affordable way to replace a sprawling PDF-based course schedule that had become difficult to manage across six campuses and thousands of classes. With more than 15,000 course records, limited IT resources, and only a few weeks before open registration—plus spikes of up to 1–2 million page views a month—HCC required a searchable, scalable online solution.
