Healthcare Nonprofit Uses Low-Code Apps to Fight the HIV/AIDS Epidemic

The Southeast AIDS Education & Training Center (SE AETC) needed a better way to expand online HIV/AIDS training across the South while meeting strict federal reporting and compliance requirements. Using Caspio’s low-code development platform, the nonprofit replaced spreadsheet-based tracking and manual email outreach with a more scalable, secure system.

Caspio helped SE AETC build password-protected participant and coordinator portals, centralized databases, and real-time dashboards. The result was a major boost in efficiency and reach: webcast attendance grew from 25–75 to 400–500 per session, the platform now supports 35,000 participants and 100 administrative users, and reporting that once took weeks now takes just a couple of hours.
