A Caspio Case Study
Georgia College & State University needed a better way to manage campus parking, transportation, and maintenance requests across multiple departments. Using Caspio, the team replaced manual processes with a custom cloud app that centralized operations and improved visibility into schedules, vehicles, maintenance, invoices, and incoming requests.
Caspio delivered a centralized internal system that also included photo records of vehicles and assigned drivers, plus a feedback tool that was later expanded to other Auxiliary Services. The result was a much smoother communication and process flow, greater efficiency, and the ability to handle more requests with fewer additional costs; the success was strong enough that Georgia College presented the Caspio project at the NACAS conference.
