Caseware™ Monitor Provides Oversight Of The Bahamian National Social Security Program

The National Insurance Board (NIB) of the Commonwealth of the Bahamas, responsible for administering the country’s social security program and managing the Nation’s Insurance Fund, needed a reliable way to ensure timely and accurate collection of contributions and payments for benefits while strengthening controls across registration, eligibility, claims, adjudication and payment processes.
