A Cascade HR Case Study
The Law Society of Scotland, a membership organisation representing solicitors in Scotland, needed to replace a fragmented, largely manual HR and payroll setup that relied on separate systems and routine administration. The organisation chose Cascade HR and its integrated HR/payroll software to create a single system for HR and Finance, improve reporting, and reduce the burden of manual data handling.
Cascade HR implemented the system with integrated modules, workflow automation, employee self-service, and reporting tools, while also supporting integration with the existing Mitrefinch time and attendance system. The result was reduced HR administration, streamlined payroll processing, and more ownership of personal data by employees; monthly payroll became significantly less time consuming, and the Society reported positive feedback from staff and managers.
