SOFGEN, a global IT solutions consultancy with more than 300 employees across 12 locations, needed a new HR system to streamline manual processes and support complex international operations. Cascade HR was selected to provide a future-proofed HR platform that could handle SOFGEN’s specific requirements, including resource allocation, consultant matching, and access for users around the world.
Cascade HR implemented Core HR, System Designer, Workflow, Self Service, and Recruitment to automate administration, improve data accuracy, and standardize HR practices. The new system replaced multiple spreadsheets and manual updates with a few clicks, helping SOFGEN’s HR team work more efficiently while supporting staff in different countries and time zones.
