SLP Solicitors, the trading name of Ellistons LLP, is a long-established law firm with more than 120 employees across several offices. Cascade HR implemented a centralised HR platform that gave employees and managers access to relevant information anywhere, enabled workflow and authorisation routes for processes like holiday requests and sickness absence, and stored all employee data and documents in one place. As a result, SLP improved reporting quality, reduced paperwork, and made HR and management information easier to produce and act on, while also establishing standard document templates and more consistent best-practice processes.
