Konica Minolta, a provider of document and print workflow solutions, faced the challenge of optimizing its highly complex and manual product configuration and quoting processes. Their specific requirements included finding a pre-optimized CPQ solution capable of mapping their extensive product and service complexity while being simple for users, leading them to partner with CAS Software and implement their CAS Merlin CPQ product.

The implemented CAS Merlin CPQ solution automated and centralized the entire customer journey, from initial web configuration to contract extensions. For CAS Software’s customer, this resulted in the elimination of enormous manual effort, a significant reduction in errors, and streamlined logistics. The solution is now used across 23 European countries, where 99% of all quoting is based on configurations from the system, ensuring efficiency and consistency internationally.
