Gloval Analytics, a multinational real estate valuation, engineering and data services firm, wanted to give clients—real estate professionals and investment funds—spatially informed decision-making tools. Facing large volumes of market, transaction and socioeconomic data, Gloval needed faster, more interactive insights than static PDFs could provide, plus the ability to support sales strategies with robust supply/demand and price analytics.

Gloval built Valea using CARTO (with deck.gl) to deliver a searchable web app that filters by address or cadastral value and visualizes KPIs, supply/demand and socioeconomic indicators, plus forecasts and six market-scenario models. The platform produces rapid valuations and exportable PDF reports, improved UX and performance, and—thanks to CARTO’s flexibility and support—launched seven months sooner than planned, accelerating revenue and client adoption.
