Securitas Direct (part of Securitas Direct Verisure) is a leading connected-alarms provider in Europe protecting over 2 million homes and businesses. In Spain their 1,000-strong sales force relied on manual, province-based lead assignment that duplicated effort, wasted reps’ time and missed opportunities — they needed a location-driven solution that would integrate with their CRM (Force Manager) and make territory management more efficient.

Working with CARTO and partner Elecnor Deimos, Securitas Direct built “Compass,” a geospatial sales-analytics and territory-management app that visualizes customers, prospects, visits and even burglary data to model demand and optimize lead assignment by proximity. In 18 months Compass helped scale the sales team to over 2,000 reps, increase customer visits by 8%, boost conversion by 11%, grow market share in weaker areas and shorten time-to-insight by making location data accessible across the business.
