RADAR, which powers location infrastructure for products and services, used Carta for cap table management, 409A valuations, compensation benchmarking, QSBS, and Equity Advisory. The company wanted to support employees and investors with early exercise and a QSBS attestation letter, while also helping them understand the tax implications of equity decisions.

With Carta, RADAR could e-sign and submit 83(b) elections, provide unlimited 1:1 sessions with a tax advisor, and offer QSBS guidance through one platform. RADAR said 50% of its team used the 1:1 equity advisory services, and it no longer received equity compensation or tax questions.
