How Carta has helped Affirm as they continue to scale

Affirm, a fintech that lets shoppers pay over time, grew from 15 to 750 employees and found its manual equity administration—managing a cap table in Excel, mailing 83(b) forms, issuing paper stock certificates and scanning option agreements—was becoming untenable.
