Henry Home Buyers, a real estate investing company in Minneapolis, worked with Carrot to test paid search traffic and better understand visitor behavior on their website. Carrot drove Google Ads traffic to Henry Home Buyers’ Carrot-hosted site and ran PPC tracking plus a homepage heatmap to identify where visitors clicked and how well the site converted.
Carrot’s campaign (April 15–May 15) sent 127 clicks to the homepage and produced a 16.54% conversion rate—21 leads—while the heatmap revealed the highest engagement on the Carrot opt-in form and the “Meet Our Team” (About) page. Carrot highlighted the potential upside (an estimated $10k–$20k in theoretical deal value) and used the findings to recommend optimizing About pages and CTAs to boost trust and paid-ad ROI.
