The University Hospitals Ashtabula Health Center faced the challenge of transforming a large, vacated retail space in a mall into a modern healthcare facility. Carrier implemented a system using three 48A WeatherMaker rooftop units, 39 Axis variable air volume boxes, and the i-Vu building automation system. This solution provided highly efficient and reliable heating and cooling, with the building automation system offering staff visibility and control via Wi-Fi-enabled devices.
