Turf Products Trims Telephony Expenses With New Avaya IP Office Collaboration Platform

Turf Products, an Enfield, Connecticut distributor of Toro lawn care equipment, needed to replace an outdated Siemens PBX, improve contact center visibility and reporting, support a more mobile workforce, and reduce rising maintenance costs. Carousel Industries worked with Turf Products on a modern IP-based telephony upgrade centered on Avaya IP Office and Xima Chronicall.

Carousel Industries replaced the legacy system with Avaya IP Office and added Xima Chronicall for call recording, reporting, realtime wallboards, and performance metrics. The new setup also enabled cellular twinning and voicemail-to-email for mobile employees, while Carousel’s cost structure and maintenance program helped make the project affordable and lower ongoing telephony expenses.
