Elkhart Community Schools, a public school district serving approximately 12,000 students, needed a streamlined way to communicate timely messages to its diverse network of students, faculty, and staff. The district sought to distribute department-specific content and announcements efficiently. To meet this challenge, they implemented Carousel Digital Signage's Carousel Cloud platform.

Carousel Digital Signage provided a robust and intuitive solution that integrated with the district's existing Google infrastructure. The implementation allowed different school departments to easily contribute their own content, streamlined conference room scheduling via a Jamf integration, and provided tools to engage ESL students with visual menu listings. The results included more efficient communication, simplified IT troubleshooting, and plans to expand the system to elementary schools due to its success and ease of use.
