The solution implemented was the Carousel platform, chosen for its high customizability and interactive capabilities. The Carousel system successfully serves three main purposes: interactive wayfinding, historical education, and general corporate communications, all managed centrally from their Rockville headquarters. A key result is the network's scalability, which allows for easy expansion to their Phoenix location without a significant increase in costs or operational complexity. Carousel's ease of use also ensured smooth operator transitions with no disruptions.
