DiVault, an initiative of RS Projects B.V. and EMID Consult B.V., needed a better way to archive, organize, store, search, and retrieve growing volumes of digital information while ensuring continuity, safety, and security. To meet this challenge, DiVault turned to Caringo and its Object Storage Platform to power a new cloud-based archiving service.

Caringo implemented a secure, multi-tenant cloud storage solution built on commodity hardware and a single namespace, designed to scale to billions of objects and petabytes per location. The result is highly responsive storage regardless of file size, automated balancing and self-healing, and a system that can be managed by one IT administrator for over 10 PB of storage, helping DiVault deliver cost-effective archiving and retrieval across the Netherlands.
