Community Services Group (CSG), a nonprofit based in Mountville, PA that provides IDD, mental health, and autism services across 19 counties with nearly 1,700 employees, faced growing operational complexity and strict regulatory reporting needs (counties, insurers, Medicare/Medicaid, HIPAA) while migrating from legacy systems. To modernize HR, payroll, and accounting and to support required EHR billing workflows, CSG implemented Microsoft Dynamics GP and engaged Cargas for further optimization and integration support.

Cargas restructured CSG’s general ledger and chart of accounts to align Dynamics GP with the EHR, recommended and integrated third‑party enhancements, and helped streamline payroll, HR, and accounting processes. The work improved data accuracy and EHR billing compliance, reduced administrative burden and processing time, and established scalable processes for future growth — outcomes CSG attributes to Cargas’s technical expertise and responsive partnership.
