Molding the Right Solution with Brentwood Industries and Dynamics 365 CRM

Brentwood Industries, a global plastics manufacturer, faced a major sales and marketing challenge: no centralized CRM. The company was relying on shared Outlook contacts and Excel spreadsheets, leaving data insecure, outdated, and unanalyzable. Seeking marketing automation, stronger analytics, and a lower upfront cost than the initial IT-proposed option, Brentwood Industries selected Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and partnered with local implementation experts Cargas to configure a phased, user-friendly rollout.

Cargas implemented Dynamics 365 CRM across Brentwood’s domestic divisions, adding quoting, web integration, ClickDimensions for marketing automation, Maplytics, custom workflows and lead capture from the website. The solution improved data security and pipeline visibility, automated follow-ups that have had direct, measurable impact on revenue, and boosted sales and marketing efficiency; Brentwood is now rolling out Dynamics 365 internationally and planning Power BI dashboards while continuing to rely on Cargas for guidance.
