Lydall, Inc., a global manufacturer of thermal/acoustical and filtration/separation products, needed a CRM system that could support sales and engineering teams across the Americas, EMEA, and Asia Pacific. Its existing MOS platform worked at one location, but it could not scale globally or provide the mobile access its salespeople needed when working outside the office.

In 2017, Lydall worked with Cargas to implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM with Sales and Project Service Automation. The cloud-based system gave the company mobile and offline access, stronger lead tracking, better collaboration with Outlook, and more flexibility to customize the system without a programmer, helping Lydall improve visibility into its sales pipeline and better support continued global growth.
