HR Pharmaceuticals, Inc., a York, PA supplier of personal care, consumer, and medical supply products, needed a better way to manage growing volumes of sales and customer data. The company was receiving information from more than 20 different sources, handling an estimated 1.5 million rows of data, and relying on independently maintained spreadsheets that could not centralize reporting or support sales and customer service well.

Cargas implemented Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and a custom Sales Acceleration System called SASY to map and integrate approximately 25 data sources into one normalized database. The solution went live in June 2017 and gave HR automatic data uploads, instant access to customer history, better reporting, and targeted marketing capabilities, helping increase productivity company-wide and reducing the manual work needed to analyze data.
