Highland Tank - Customer Case Study

Highland Tank, a Stoystown, PA manufacturer of steel storage tank products, needed a better way for its sales team to manage prospect and customer information while working large territories in the field. Its previous CRM had sync problems, poor Outlook integration, and appointment duplication, which made it harder for the team to maintain relationships and access information remotely.

Cargas implemented Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM with Microsoft applications integration, including Outlook, SharePoint, and OneNote. Highland Tank said the system gave its sales team real-time access to histories, notes, and opportunities, improved collaboration across the organization, and reduced administrative burden so the team could spend more time on relationships. Cargas completed the transition in July 2018 after beginning the project in May 2018, and Highland Tank said the implementation was successful and the team was trained on the new system.
