TRIOSE, a Wyomissing, PA-based third-party logistics partner serving the healthcare industry, was experiencing rapid growth and lacked scalable systems to support complex billing, accounting, and customer relationship needs. They engaged Cargas to evaluate end-to-end processes and recommended prioritizing billing and financials followed by a unified CRM to give every department a full view of client activity.

Cargas implemented Intacct cloud accounting, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, and a custom Cargas billing application called Unicorn. The combined solution automated invoicing and cost allocation, added address validation and large-data parsing, and delivered daily financial dashboards; as a result invoice processing time dropped from about 45 minutes to 15 minutes, thousands of invoices are handled more efficiently each year, errors were reduced, and TRIOSE gained scalable reporting and CRM access to support growth without adding headcount.
